Nonprofit–Chapter Relationship
Love Blue Inc. operates as a nonprofit organization that supports and empowers its chapters through structure, resources, and leadership development. School-based chapters are officially registered clubs on their campuses, while partnering with Love Blue Inc. for leadership training, standardized cleanup routines, cleanup kits, Love Blue–designed care packages, and access to the nonprofit’s tools, network, and opportunities. We also host conferences and events that connect students with professionals and fellow young leaders, while helping chapters strengthen their impact through added volunteers, supplies, funding pathways, and event venues.
Community chapters are provided the same training, resources, and operational support, but work more closely with the nonprofit to help implement Love Blue’s programs directly within the communities they serve. Through partnerships with municipalities and local organizations, such as the Love Blue Sustainable Model in Wildwood Crest, these chapters play a key role in raising environmental awareness and dramatically reducing beach pollution over time through consistent, community-led action.
