Leadership Impact Spotlight: Paige Sullivan

At Love Blue Inc., we don’t just organize cleanups, we build leaders. Paige Sullivan is a powerful example of that impact coming full circle.

Paige began her journey with the Coastal Carolina University Love Blue Chapter as a general member, grew into an executive team leader, and ultimately served as Chapter President. Over four years, she helped lead large-scale beach cleanups with 100+ volunteers per event, removed countless pounds of debris from local coastlines, and helped bring Love Blue’s mission to a broader audience, including features on local news.

Beyond the environmental impact, Paige’s time with Love Blue played a major role in shaping her as a leader. Through the chapter, she gained confidence in public speaking, built experience in business outreach and partnerships, developed social media and marketing skills, and learned how to plan and execute large community events.

That leadership didn’t stop at Love Blue.

Inspired by her experience, Paige went on to found Girl Gains, the first women’s fitness and wellness club at CCU. In just one semester, Girl Gains grew to 100+ members and secured brand partnerships, including GORGIE. Like Love Blue, the club is rooted in sustainability and community impact, aligning with:

• SDG 5: Gender Equality

We’re especially proud that Girl Gains is now collaborating with CCU Love Blue, participating in beach cleanups and continuing to encourage students to stay active, engaged, and connected to their environment.

Paige’s journey is exactly why Love Blue exists. When you invest in people, the ripple effect goes far beyond the beach.
