Love Blue Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting oceans and waterways through cleanups, education, leadership development, and community-driven environmental action.
Love Blue Inc. was founded in 2019 in Wildwood, New Jersey, following grassroots beach cleanups that grew into a national movement.
We operate nationally through local community and college-based chapters, with a strong presence in coastal and waterfront communities.
Yes. Love Blue Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in good standing with the IRS.
Yes. All donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Donations directly support mission-driven programs, including cleanups, Public Cleanup Stations, Trash Art Projects, chapter operations, and educational initiatives.
No. We use nonprofit-first platforms that allow us to retain 100% of donations.

You can volunteer by attending a local cleanup, helping at an event, or supporting a chapter near you. Visit the Get Involved page to find opportunities.
No experience is required. Volunteers of all backgrounds and ages are welcome.
Yes. Cleanup supplies are typically provided, though volunteers are encouraged to bring reusable gloves and water bottles when possible.
Yes. We are happy to verify community service hours upon request.
Chapters are locally led teams that organize cleanups, outreach, and education in their communities while aligning with Love Blue’s national mission and standards.
Students, community leaders, and passionate individuals are encouraged to apply. Leadership roles are merit-based and earned through commitment and action.
Some leadership roles have age or experience requirements, particularly at the Board level. Details are provided during the application process.
Most chapter leadership positions are volunteer-based. Limited stipends may be provided as funding allows.
We offer sponsorships, cause-marketing collaborations, event partnerships, and program support

Yes. We regularly organize private and public cleanups for corporate partners and community groups.
Partners receive recognition, impact reporting, marketing exposure, and alignment with meaningful
environmental action.
Public Cleanup Stations provide free tools for community members to safely remove trash from beaches and waterways year-round.
Trash Art Projects transform recovered debris into art and products to raise awareness about pollution and consumption.
Yes. We host and participate in large-scale cleanups, festivals, and collaborative events across the
country.
